The Situation —
Healthcare were under huge pressure to help people who did not wish to visit centres due to covid. This resulted in them having to very quickly upgrade from an out of hour of hours service to a 24 hour service requiring more staff and a new contact centre. An existing building was available, however it required new ventilation to be installed. The limits of the existing structure made this extremely difficult.
The Solution —
We supplied two Heat Recovery Units delivered in flat pack format. The individual components were then able to fit through the small restricted spaces. The units were then assembled on site in the plant area by our engineers, and we set up the unit controls to the specific client ventilation requirements.
We liaised with the client to ensure the units were manufactured and delivered to fit exactly with the project timescale.
